Thrift Shift
Have you ever wished of wearing a signature dress and yet you just can't afford it? Sometimes, we wish to shop clothes from well-known boutiques unfortunately we don't have enough budget. Surprisingly, shopaholics will bet all their credit cards just to get what they want. In the end, clothes get old, torn, and worn-out and their debts remain unpaid.
"Across the world, this is a time of economic instability and financial uncertainty. In April general conference, President Thomas S. Monson said: "If you are concerned about providing financially for a family, may I assure you that there is no shame in a couple having to scrimp and save. It is generally during these challenging times that you will grow closer together as you learn to sacrifice and to make difficult decisions." - Elder Neil L. Anderson
Do not be ashamed if you wear thrifted, affordable yet fashionable (but not imitation) clothes. Feel ashamed if you are forever paying your credit just to maintain your lifestyles. Remember, it's you who wear the clothes. It's not the the price of the clothes which defines who you are.
