Little Wonders

They say it's during the teen years that all dreams are possible to achieve, when love springs innocently, and when camaraderie grows unselfishly. At our early age we are so eager and passionate to do what we want. With our desire to achieve it, we are blinded with what we feel and we intentionally become deaf not to hear what our mind dictates.   To some it's also the years of broken hearted fools, of unreachable dreams, and unfortunate series of failures. These make them numb of the pain and hinder them for another chance to live again.

As we grow older,  we realize that there are more serious and hard decisions  that are not solved by the tears in our eyes or with the sound of our laughters.  Some problems remain unsolved no matter how much effort we exert.  At some point, "letting it roll off to our shoulder" and surrendering it to the Him makes our burdens easier and lighter.

Every age comes with a new adventure. Each passing day, we are  like travelers who always choose which road to take. At the end of each road we feel contented but sometimes, we regret too. But life is not about "thorns" everyday, there are also wonderful petals that blossoms if not most of the time, at least once in a while. Let us not dwell  in the past for so long but let us not be fully blinded with what the future awaits, too. Rather, let us enjoy the spur of the moment and accept that the innumerable hardships and failures are just a part of the "twist and turns of our fate" - the action, the drama, and the comedy of our true-to-life story.

Our lives consists of "little wonders" - little happiness, little adventure, little excitement, little pain, little sorrow, and little adversaries. All these little things combined together, make our lives worth living. :)
